The surface undergoes high-specification factory industrial-grade high-temperature fluorocarbon coating yellow paint and anti-rust primer processing, featuring extreme impact resistance, wear resistance for repetitive stripping cycles, and superior weatherproofing for outdoor storage. The core structure fully supports processing client structural blueprints into 3D geometric mold layout drawings and precise factory CNC breakdown slicing, perfectly integrating precast windowsills, architectural sunshade fins, AC hoods, and shear wall formworks into a rigid modular system. The mold features exceptional structural rigidity and geometric precision, ensuring the cast precast concrete facade profiles deliver sharp edges and superior smooth concrete finishes that fully comply with Housing Department (HD) plaster-free acceptance standards.
Seamless Finishing: Factory high-precision modular pre-assembly and full structural system prefabrication before delivery. Strict inspection of overall parallelism, verticality, distortion-free geometric precision, and steel formwork flatness pressure testing performed. High-strength non-destructive ultrasonic welding seam inspection and full welding polishing performed on each load-bearing joint and structural stiffener plate seam to ensure 100% compliance with high-standard precast factory requirements of rapid mold layout assembly, seamless interlocking, and repetitive casting cycles. Material certificates (Mill Certificates) fully complying with British Standards and Housing Department (HD) site regulations can be provided upon dispatch to ensure smooth site acceptance and structural integrity inspections.
