The surface undergoes high-specification industrial-grade heavy-duty anti-rust primer, high-temperature fluorocarbon coating, and weather-resistant topcoat processing, featuring extreme impact resistance, wear resistance, and superior anti-corrosion performance against Hong Kong's humid and rainy climate. The core structure utilizes high-precision CNC shearing, bending, and modular interlocking design, perfectly fully welding and assembling high-pressure resistant heavy-duty steel formwork panels with site workers' vertical safe access corridors, serrated anti-slip stair steps, and safety handrails. The structure is integrally formed with exceptional load-bearing rigidity, seismic resistance, and stability, fully supporting customization of formwork total height, total width, load-bearing structure density, and coating colors based on actual project site floor height, excavation depth, and shear wall dimensions.
Seamless Finishing: Factory integrated modular prefabrication before delivery. Strict inspection of parallelism, geometric precision, full welding polishing, and grinding performed on each load-bearing joint and structural steel staircase seam. High-strength non-destructive ultrasonic welding seam inspection and steel formwork flatness pressure testing executed before leaving the factory. Material certificates (Mill Certificates) fully complying with British Standards and Housing Department (HD) site regulations can be provided upon dispatch to ensure smooth site acceptance.
