The core structure utilizes a large-scale integrated modular interlocking design, perfectly combining high-pressure resistant wall formwork, soffit formwork with site workers' vertical safe access corridors, anti-slip metal plates, and rigid perimeter safety guardrails with handrails. The structure is integrally formed with exceptional load-bearing rigidity, geometric accuracy, and stability, fully supporting customization of formwork total height, total width, load-bearing structure density, and modular interlocking proportions based on actual project site standard story height, shear wall dimensions, and core-wall structures.
Seamless Finishing: Factory large-scale floor unit modular pre-assembly and prefabrication before delivery. Strict inspection of overall parallelism, verticality, distortion-free geometric precision, full welding polishing, and grinding performed on each load-bearing joint and structural safety railing seam. Material certificates (Mill Certificates) fully complying with British Standards and Housing Department (HD) site regulations can be provided upon dispatch to ensure smooth site acceptance and structural integrity inspections.
