Substrate Material: Premium BSEN304 / BSEN316 engineering-grade rigid stainless steel profiles and sheets. Structural integrity and floor-spring weight capacity fully comply with HK Buildings Department (BD) and Fire Services Department inspection standards.
Surface Finish: Features a premium raw stainless steel multi-directional hairline brushed finish, treated with wear-resistant, anti-oxidation, moisture-proof, and anti-fingerprint coatings for easy property maintenance.
Design Features: Incorporates heavy-duty thick tempered safety glass for excellent visibility and lighting. The top section is uniquely integrated with a heavy-duty stainless steel ventilation louvre grille to optimize escape-route security, airflow, and pest/rodent prevention.
Joint-Filling & Leveling: Prefabricated at our factory. Rigorous verification for glass-slot stability, floor-spring sliding smoothness, door-gap alignment, and welding seam seamlessness is conducted prior to delivery to ensure full compliance with HK housing maintenance standards.
Project Collaboration & Deepening Workflow:
Shop Drawing Deepening: Supports adjustments of total dimensions, top louvre grille height proportion, handle specifications, glass thickness, and lockset configurations based on specific site layouts. CAD drawing alignment is fully supported.
Sample Approval: Prior to mass production, raw stainless steel brushed color charts, tempered glass samples, and profile structural components can be provided to Architects, Property Managers, Owners, or Main Contractors for approval.
Production Monitoring: Our factory possesses custom fabrication capabilities for public housing renovations and major metalworks. Factory laser cutting, louvre welding, and finished product photos in the workshop can be provided during production for progress tracking.
Hong Kong Delivery: Professional cross-border logistics with direct delivery to Hong Kong store/construction sites (Site Delivery). Quotation excludes on-site installation and welding. Fully supports modular coordination and delivery for MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) projects.
