The multi-panel structure and load capacity fully comply with HK BD and major site engineering handover standards.
Surface Finish: Seamlessly combines a premium raw stainless steel multi-directional hairline brushed finish with high-gloss mirror reflections. Delivered with authentic factory protective films. Treated with high-temperature anti-fingerprint sealer for elite anti-oxidation protection and outdoor weather resistance under HK climate conditions.
Design Features: Engineered with a specialized large-span 4-panel bi-folding system, ensuring space-saving operations that maximize driveway clearances. The upper section is uniquely crafted with geometric semi-arched artistic grilles, blending vertical safety tubes with an integrated heavy mechanical lockset box for heavy forced-entry deterrence and elegant aesthetics.
Joint-Filling & Leveling: Prefabricated at our factory. Rigorous verification for multi-panel bi-folding sliding trajectories, hinge loading tolerances, arched pattern symmetry, and welding seam seamlessness is conducted prior to delivery to ensure full compliance with HK residential fit-out standards.
Project Collaboration & Deepening Workflow:
Shop Drawing Deepening: Supports micro-adjustments of total frame width/height, individual panel width ratios, top arched curvature radius, and concealed top-and-bottom lockset mechanisms based on specific driveway measurements. CAD drawing alignment is fully supported.
Sample Approval: Prior to mass production, raw stainless steel brushed/mirror color charts, heavy-duty mechanical pivot samples, and raw material Mill Certificates can be supplied to Architects, Property Owners, or Main Contractors for approval.
Production Monitoring: Our factory possesses custom fabrication capabilities for luxury residential gates and custom metalworks. Factory CNC laser cutting, curved profile welding, multi-panel movement testing, and finished product photos in the workshop can be provided during production for progress tracking.
