Surface Finish: Blends an upscale raw stainless steel mirror finish with multi-directional hairline brushed textures. The center privacy panels feature high-precision CNC laser chemical etching with an artistic maple leaf pattern, sealed with an anti-fingerprint coating for long-lasting wear resistance and easy property maintenance.
Design Features: Engineered with a specialized dual-track corridor sliding mechanism, ensuring smooth, space-saving operations that fit the compact residential corridor layouts in Hong Kong. The maple leaf etched solid steel panels balance elite residential privacy with optimized home ventilation and daylighting.
Joint-Filling & Leveling: Prefabricated at our factory. Rigorous verification for etched pattern alignment, slider sliding tolerance, built-in lockset configuration precision, and welding seam seamlessness is conducted prior to delivery to ensure full compliance with HK residential fit-out standards.
Project Collaboration & Deepening Workflow:
Shop Drawing Deepening: Supports adjustments of total frame width/height, center etched panel layout proportions, sliding track mechanisms, and lockset positions based on specific site measurements. CAD drawing alignment is fully supported.
Sample Approval: Prior to mass production, raw stainless steel brushed/mirror color charts, decorative etched panel samples, and structural material profiles can be supplied to Architects, Interior Designers, Owners, or Main Contractors for approval.
Production Monitoring: Our factory possesses custom fabrication capabilities for residential gates and property renovation projects. Factory laser cutting, chemical etching line progress, grille welding, and finished product photos in the workshop can be provided during production for progress tracking.
