TIMANTI HC35 is an industrial-grade, ultra-high-strength cement-based self-leveling compound engineered for high-friction and heavy-load environments, such as underground garages, high-traffic shopping malls, logistics warehouses, and industrial workshops. 100% cement-based and gypsum-free, it delivers exceptional moisture resistance to successfully solve critical onsite pains, such as damp surfaces and slow drying caused by Hong Kong's humid climate and spring "Back-to-South" damp days. This versatile formula can be utilized directly as a high-performance industrial wear-layer or as a high-strength substrate perfectly compatible with subsequent self-leveling epoxy coatings, strictly preventing late-stage delamination, hollow sounding, and cracking.
