🛠️ Technical Specifications & Statutory Requirements
- Primary Classification: Premium Metal & Commercial Glass Balustrade Engineering
- Structural Substrate: Premium heavy-duty thickened British Standard structural stainless steel square profile for structural posts and matching flat rectangular top handrail, fitted with minimalist matching architectural base cover plates. Infill panels feature high-strength clear tempered safety glass secured by integrated stainless steel glass clamps. The overall structural assembly and base structural anchoring capacity fully comply with the Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance and statutory safety load requirements for indoor protective barriers, with raw material fully adhering to modern British/European certified protocols.
- Surface Treatment: Stainless steel surfaces are finished with a premium mechanical brushed technique (Satin/Brushed Finish) providing an anti-fingerprint coating. It exhibits superb resistance to intensive daily hand contact, fingerprint grease, and indoor atmospheric corrosion, delivering long-term aesthetic consistency with minimal maintenance.
- Design Attributes: Modern interior minimalist architectural aesthetics. The clean-lined continuous flat rectangular profile blends seamlessly with premium wooden steps and warm ambient lighting. Accompanied by fully transparent clear tempered glass panels, it eliminates visual boundaries and maximizes natural ambient daylighting and space expansion across staircase voids.
- Fitment & Tolerance Control: Fabricated and pre-assembled with CNC accuracy prior to dispatch. Rigid factory quality assurance checks cover square profile verticality, top rail level alignment, glass clamp gap tolerance fitting, and uniform satin grain finish consistency to ensure total compliance with Hong Kong premium architectural site delivery protocols.
🤝 Contract Collaboration & Deepening Procedures
- Drawing Deepening & Shop Drawings: Full technical custom-tailoring supports adjustments on overall balustrade height, post pitch spacing, glass pane thickness, and base plate anchoring details according to actual staircase steps or structural curbs. CAD shop drawings will be provided for seamless interface coordination.
- Material Sample Submission: Prior to mass fabrication, physical samples including brushed stainless steel finish plates, glass mockups, post assemblies, and material mill certificates (fully complying with BS EN 10088 / 1.4301 specifications) can be submitted for approval by Architects, Interior Designers, or Main Contractors.
- Production Progress Monitoring: Our facility handles bulk customized structural glazing and bespoke architectural metalworks. During production, digital updates covering CNC cutting, structural welding alignment, satin grain finishing, and factory assembly mockups are provided for project management tracking.
- Hong Kong Site Delivery: Professional cross-border logistics handle direct freight transport to Hong Kong site locations (Site Delivery). Full modular integration is supported to coordinate with Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) factory framing.
